Incluhair was born from family, community, and a very real gap that needed filling.
We’re a blended family who now live in Ashtead, Surrey. Like many families, settling into a new area meant finding new routines – schools, shops, and somewhere reliable to get a haircut for everyone in the household. That’s when we realised something important was missing.
As a multicultural family with four children – two daughters and two sons – hair isn’t “one size fits all”.
Our wife and mum is Black, our husband and dad is White, and our household reflects a mix of ages, textures, styles, and identities. When it came to haircuts for our children, particularly our boys, we struggled to find a local barbershop that confidently catered for Black hair while also being a welcoming space for the whole family.
We created Incluhair to change that.
A barbershop that truly understands all hair types, all ages and all backgrounds. A place where everyone feels welcome, respected and leaves feeling confident.
